Operations help for small businesses
Two ways to get there. Show your team how to use AI on the work you already do, or build software that takes the repetitive tasks off their hands.
Why it works

Questions
On dedicated infrastructure set up for your business and nobody else’s. All of the data in it is yours.
No. We automate the parts your people already hate doing, the retyping and the chasing and the copying between files. The work that needs a person stays with them.
No. We work with you to find where this fits into what your teams already do, instead of overhauling it.
Yes, and with the first option that’s the whole point. The tools got good; most of the work is knowing which parts of your week they can actually take off you. Nothing in your records changes without you seeing it first.
Yes, all of it. The code and the data are 100% yours, so you can extend it later, build on top of it, or hand it to another developer whenever you want. Everything we build and automate gets handed over to you and your team.
About
Born and raised in Plum. Studied statistics and computer science at Kenyon College in Ohio, then spent the last few years in New York as a software engineer, building this kind of software for large companies in contracting, refrigeration, landscaping and commercial real estate.
What those companies got out of it was simple. Less time spent retyping, numbers they could trust, and work that stopped waiting on one person. None of it needed a big budget, and most of it started by sitting down with the people already doing the work.
Bringing those same advantages to the businesses back home is the point.
